An online workshop programme for Caribbean audiences exploring generative AI through Humanity in the Loop's core concerns: academic integrity, ethical use, criticality and diverse human perspectives.

Tracking Representations through AI Images versus Lived Spaces compares AI-generated representations with lived places and experiences, examining the distance between computational representations of the world and the worlds people actually inhabit.

Whose ethical traditions should shape the way we think about AI?
This project develops a transcultural approach to AI ethics by bringing different philosophical and cultural traditions into dialogue. Its first published output brings Western ethical approaches together with African traditions including Ubuntu and Ọmọlúàbí.
